The Collegiate Bicycle Company was
founded on the simple idea of combining university pride and enthusiasm
with simple, clean, and healthy transportation. At the core, we make
fun, classic bikes that are a perfect fit for students, faculty, alumni,
and devoted fans. We were inspired by the cycling lifestyle of campuses
like UC Davis, the University of Wisconsin-Madision, and UC Santa
Barbara and we hope our product can help bring about similar change to
campuses and communities throughout the country.
We are dedicated to the production of the highest
quality products. All bikes available for purchase at CollegeBikes.com
are officially licensed by the respective university and royalties from
each sale go back to support each institution.

Bike Sharing Programs
Custom Bikes
CBC also specializes in bike share programs for colleges
and universities. All of our programs are customized to meet our
clients' needs. We will design and spec a bike to your campus's
requirements including: frame style (cruiser, mountain, commuter, etc);
gearing (1-speed, 3-speed, 7-speed, 14-speed, 21-speed, etc);
accessories (baskets, locks, lights, racks, etc); and officially
licensed custom university colors and artwork. We will work with you to set up the infrastructure
necessary to operate and maintain a leasing and lending program, or a

Ecotrip Automated Bike Share For a way to dramatically

infrastructure in a healthy and environmentally friendly way.
University of California Irvine
The
stations allow users to swipe a card, choose and eject a bicycle, ride,
and then drop the bike off at any station location. The system
processes a transaction, identifies the user with the specific bike
ejected, communicates with the user via text message and email, charges
based on a customizable time-charge, and collects data and usage
reports. Administrators can monitor all aspects of the system remotely.
